Please allow 1 to 2 business days for order processing, prior to shipping, depending on carrier cut-off times. Same day shipping is not guaranteed on any order.
We ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays. To ensure an on-time delivery, please enter your billing address and phone number exactly as it appears on your credit card statement.
Failure to enter the correct billing address and phone number on file with your bank will result in delays to your order. We are not responsible for shipping delays due to incorrect information.
Carrier Information
Orders ship UPS, FedEx, DHL, China Post, USPS, DPD, Maersk, Nippon Express, Ryder System, TNT, Expeditors International, Panalpina, Exel.
2nd Day Air and Next Day Air orders submitted by 2pm will ship the same business day. Ground orders submitted by 4pm will ship next business day.
Canceling and modifying orders
